In the latest of their key hires to strengthen the club’s already incredible coaching staff, Liverpool Football Club International Academy (LFCIA) SoCal has named Jody Honeywood as their new Director of Community Development. The announcement was made today by the Club’s COO, Dave Brown,who sees Honeywood as key addition to the LFCIA SoCal Family.
“I am really excited at the opportunity to be involved with LFCIA. I will bring my passion, dedication, and professionalism to the club and can’t wait to start living and working The Liverpool Way” says Honeywood.
Honeywood has been a talented leader for the British Army with over 20 years of experience across different roles in the military. In his new role, Honeywood will oversee all of the recreational programs that include Mini Reds, Junior Reds, and Pre-Club Academy. He will also take part in ensuring that camps and clinics are at their full potential for the club and making sure that the club’s core values are present throughout our community.
