SoCal Reds FC Athletes Take the Next Step: College Soccer Commitments

SoCal Reds FC proudly celebrates the achievements of seven remarkable players from its 06/07 and 08 Girls Academy teams, each of whom has officially committed to continue their academic and athletic journeys at the collegiate level. These athletes represent years of hard work, perseverance, and passion—and their next chapters are only just beginning.

Ayden Keyzers

SoCal Reds FC goalkeeper Ayden Keyzers (G06/07 GA) has committed to Santiago Canyon College to continue her academic and athletic journey playing NJCAA soccer.

Ayden has been a standout presence between the posts, known for her leadership, work ethic, and clutch performances. Her commitment is a testament to her dedication and determination both on and off the field.

Ayden came to us after recovering from her ACL injury and she came back even stronger than before.  Her perseverance, hard work and dedication to her position is a testament to her character.  She is a true leader on the team and her on the field communication skills are always highly recognized as she guides, pushes and encourages her teammates around her! Plus she makes some amazing saves! She will be a great addition to Santiago Canyon College. Well deserved and Congratulations Ayden!

Skylar Dominguez

Skylar Dominguez (G06/07 GA) has officially committed to Cal State San Marcos and will compete at the NCAA Division II level.

Skylar’s dedication, resilience, and work ethic have been an inspiration to everyone at SoCal Reds FC. From the training ground to game day, she has always represented the club with class and commitment.

Skylar came to us this past year and she has been a great addition to our back line!! She gives us strength and she is a tough defender to beat! Her slide tackles are phenomenal and she is a beast in the air winning headers and challenges all game long! She will be a great addition at Cal State San Marcos!

Leah Salas

Leah Salas (G06/07 GA / DP) has committed to Minot State University, continuing a journey that began three years ago at SoCal Reds FC.

A key forward on the DPL team and contributor to the GA squad, Leah’s versatility and drive have defined her development. She’s explosive, determined, and fearless in the attack—qualities that will carry her far at the next level.

Leah has been with the club for 3 years.  She has always been an impact forward for our DPL team helping them get into play offs and she has also been called up for games with the GA team to compete for league games.  We wish her the best and she will do great things at Minot State University.

Olivia Peck

Olivia Peck (G06/07 GA) has committed to John Jay College, continuing her academic and athletic journey after six impactful years with the SoCal Reds.

A member of the 2022 DPL National Championship team, Olive’s resilience after an ACL injury and veteran leadership have left a lasting mark on the program.

Olive has been with us for 6 years and she was a part of our 2022 DPL National Championship team.  She had an ACL injury during a league game, but she was determined to return to play and she worked hard to get back on the field! Ever since then Olive has been an impact player that has a passion for the game and she brings a solid level of leadership to the team as a veteran, loyal player.  She is a great soccer player and all of her positive qualities make her very special both on and off the field! We know Olive will do great things at John Jay College!”

Taylor Strickland

Taylor Strickland (G08 GA) has committed to North Dakota State University, where she’ll join the program in 2026.

A fast, creative, and relentless attacker, Taylor brings energy and purpose every time she steps onto the field. Her consistent effort and coachability make her a standout player and teammate.

Taylor has been 100% committed to the college recruiting process and all of her hard work has paid off! She is a fast, dynamic, creative, goal scoring player that loves to get into the attack and make things happen on the field!! She always gives 100% effort and she is extremely coachable! We know she will make a great, positive impact at North Dakota State University.

Noelle Zuvic

Noelle Zuvic (G06/07 GA), a central figure in the 2022 DPL National Championship team, has committed to Santiago Canyon College.

Her dynamic, crafty style and consistency in midfield have made her a joy to watch. Noelle’s loyalty and endurance make her more than ready for collegiate competition.

Noelle has been with us for 4 + years and her brother used to play with us back in the day! Noelle was a big part of our 2022 DPL National Championship team and she stayed the course and stayed loyal to the team and club! She is a dynamic, crafty, skillful center mid that is fun to watch and she can always make an impact in the game. She can run for days and never gives up. She will be a great addition at Santiago Canyon College!

Sally Niederhauser

Sally Niederhauser (G08 GA) has committed to the University of the Pacific to fulfill her goal of playing Division I soccer.

From day one, Sally brought a unique drive and creativity to the field. Her initiative in the recruiting process and her immediate impact on the team made her stand out.

Sally has been determined to play DI soccer from the beginning of joining our club! We played against her and she was a player I identified as a strong player.  Then she came out to tryout for our Women’s team and I recognized her.  She was thinking outside of the box to increase her opportunities to play college soccer and I was impressed with her commitment to the sport.  She made an immediate impact in our team and was 100% committed to the college recruiting process.  You name it, Sally has done it! All of her hard work and determination has paid off and I am very happy for her! She will do great things at the next level!

These seven athletes represent the heart and spirit of SoCal Reds FC, and we are proud to celebrate their achievements. We can’t wait to watch them shine in the next chapter of their soccer and academic journeys.
