SoCal Reds FC Welcomes New Coaches

-

SoCal Reds FC is thrilled to announce the addition of two talented coaches, enhancing the quality of training provided to young soccer players.

Brandon Rashtian

Brandon Rashtian joined the club on August 26th, as a Pre Club Academy and Pro Skills Coach. He will be working with the Recreational Program, focusing on creating a fun and engaging environment where players can develop new skills and learn the value of teamwork.

Brandon comes to SoCal Reds from Dana Point, bringing with him a unique background as a former music teacher. In his free time, he enjoys staying active by going to the gym.

Sean Swaby

Sean Swaby has been appointed as the new Director of Goalkeeping. He brings a wealth of experience, having played at Norwich City’s Player Development Center in the UK and semi-professionally before moving to the U.S. to play collegiate soccer at Lake Tahoe CC.

Sean’s coaching career is equally impressive, with roles at Big Cat GK, Santa Monica Surf, LA United, and a brief stint with LAFC Academy. He is currently the goalkeeper coach for Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, and Scripps Colleges (NSCAA DIII).

The SoCal Reds FC is excited to welcome both Brandon and Sean and looks forward to the positive impact they will have on the development of the academy’s players.
