Coach Dolton, new to the Competitive program but not to LFC IA SoCal, was nominated for the LFC IA Core Value Unity. At LFC IA SoCal, this means to work together to bring out the best in each other on and off the field. To believe in each other’s ability and expertise. To collaborate for the common good across all our communities.
Player and their parents say Coach Dolton always makes players feel unified as a team. If a player is doing well or having a rough day, Coach Dolton keeps them focused and gives them the encouragement they need to play as a team.
