Coach Paul focuses his coaching on players and their skills, believing that the coach is responsible for the child’s improvement as a player and a person.
Coach Paul was assigned as a Head Coach in late June. Since coming in he has done a great job in facilitating the development of all players under his leadership. He remains professional and consistently demonstrates the LFCIA Core Values everyday!

He took over our team and worked hard to keep the team united. Under his leadership the team was undefeated this season. He provided great constructive criticisms and feedback where the girls feel confident and valued. We appreciate what he has done for the team and we know it wasn’t easy to walk on to a brand new team but he managed it successfully!
