Victor Lightle: Competitive Coach
LFC International Academy SoCal is excited to welcome Victor Lightle into our team as one of our Competitive Coaches. He holds a USF National C Coaches License and a Bachelor’s Degree in Performance & Sports Psychology.
Victor played soccer for Rocklin High School in Sacramento, where they made it to the CIF Division 1 Championship. He also played for Sacramento Gold, Placer United, and Mesa Community College (AZ). Prior to joining LFC IA SoCal, Victor had coaching experience at FC Premier 97, California Rush, and Lincoln Youth SC.
Victor believes that soccer “is all about passion, creativity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. It’s about painting a masterpiece with every touch of the ball and leaving a lasting impression on everyone who watches the team play.”
His passion for coaching stems from the rewarding experience of seeing young players grow and mature into confident and skilled athletes, both on and off the field.
“Being part of the development process of young players means that we are not only helping them reach their full potential, but we are also making a positive impact on their lives. We are shaping them into responsible, hardworking, and dedicated individuals who are capable of achieving their goals, not only in sports but also in their personal lives and careers.”
