Dan Graff is the first coach who has been able to effectively assess the level of technical and tactical capability of my player and her team and has rapidly implemented a development plan that will move up the baseline of my player and the team to the level we need them to be at, which will allow them all to more rapidly progress as a team. We have already seen the results in the field. Technical and tactical play are much improved. Dan has been great at setting the expectations with the players and implementing them in a way that the girls have responded to enthusiastically.
