Coach Reza has shown exceptional commitment to developing each player’s skills, mindset, and values. As a mentor and role model, he embodies the core values of SoCal Reds, consistently going above and beyond to bring out the best in every practice, game, and meeting.
His dedication has paid off in recent team successes, setting a new standard for hard work and growth on and off the field.
Coach Reza exemplifies many SoCal Reds core values, however, commitment to the team and individual player development always stands out. He will go above and beyond to be his best for practices, games, or team meetings. Success is the result of hard work and commitment, and Reza strongly believes in and signifies these principles. As a result, the team had its first two draws and two wins in the league’s last four games. Forza Reza!
