The A License, one of the highest coaching certifications available, is awarded to coaches who demonstrate advanced knowledge in player development, tactical strategies, and leadership. With this qualification, Coach Davin will continue to guide players at the top levels of the SoCal Reds program. His expertise will primarily benefit the older age groups, where strategic insight and technical precision are key to their development.
