We’re excited to announce that Marissa Marsh has joined the SoCal Reds FC leadership team, taking on the role of Director of Operations.
Marissa brings a powerful mix of energy, leadership, and a lifelong connection to the game. A former U.S. Soccer C License holder and former coach at St. Joseph’s High School, she also holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Journalism. Her experience in coaching, communications, and team operations makes her a strong addition as we continue to grow both on and off the field.
Starting June 2nd, Marissa assumes immediate responsibility for our Operations and Community Development Teams. She’s stepping into a pivotal role—helping us build efficient systems, stronger community connections, and high-performing teams across the club.

I am delighted to welcome Marissa to SoCal Reds.
Dave Brown, COO
Marissa has the drive, energy, and passion for people that we are looking for to help us achieve our goals, and with a background in soccer, will be a true asset to the team…We’re looking forward to the positive impact she can make in our club.
I’m thrilled about the opportunity to join SoCal Reds FC, as soccer has been my passion and first love since the age of three—shaping my character, discipline, and drive for success. The game has played a pivotal role in my journey, and I credit much of my growth to the lessons it taught me both on and off the field. I’m eager to bring my professional experience in the sports and tech industries to a club that shares my love for the game and commitment to developing talent in a fun, high-energy environment.
Marissa Marsh
