Joel Gonzalez, B10 MLS Next – Academy
Joel has made tremendous strides this season—not just as a player, but as a person. Earlier in the season, he faced behavioral challenges. But through reflection, hard work, and a renewed focus, he’s raised his level at home, in training, and during games.
Had behavioral problems earlier on in the season and has worked hard on his character and really decided to focus on his development at home, at training and raised his level in games.

Isha Awasthi, G10 White JCA – Girls
Isha is the definition of dedication. She shows up consistently, gives her all at every session, and actively seeks ways to grow as a player.
Isha consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication to her craft, consistently putting in extra effort and energy both at practice super consistent really never miss practices . She is always eager to seek feedback on how she can improve and proactively asks for recommendations on drills she can do at home to enhance her skills.
Coach Jaime Corpus Acevedo
Roman Bachinskii, B13, White CK – Boys
Roman is a force of nature—focused, relentless, and driven. He hasn’t missed a single practice and trains with multiple age groups to sharpen his game.
Roman has not missed a single practice since he joined the club. He works extremely hard and leaves absolutely everything on the field. He trains with coach b2014 and 2013 every week as he wants to be the best! At this weekend’s tournament he played so well that the opposition parents were giving him applause ! Truly one of a kind!

Camille Ponoroff, G15 Pre GA JC – March, Academy
Camille is a visionary player who consistently works toward the highest goals. She’s ambitious, committed, and a leader in every sense of the word. From defending the goal to initiating attacks, Camille does it all with purpose and precision. She’s a core part of the team’s success—and her influence goes far beyond the stat sheet.
Camille is a fantastic example of our core values. She’s super ambitious, has the commitment to match that ambition, and is a fantastic leader on the field. Camille defends our goal, builds us from the back, and often contributes toward creating chances and scoring goals when given the opportunity to go forward.
Coach James Curry
Maya Chini, G16 White IH – March, Girls
Maya is fearless when it comes to growth. Playing up an age group this year, she has shown outstanding courage and confidence in both tournament play and league matches. Her willingness to take risks, engage in tough tackles, and express herself with bold decisions sets her apart. Maya’s mindset is all about stepping up—and it’s inspiring to see.
Maya has been playing up for the 16’s this year and has been fantastic in the tournament and in the first couple of league games. She has shown great courage this season to play up and has been getting stuck in. Being strong in tackles and having the confidence to try skills or risky plays even when younger.

Aditya Bendre, B13 Red VL – March Boys
Aditya leads with heart. A reliable teammate and a quiet but powerful presence, he embodies the club’s core value of dignity. AD’s selflessness, humility, and integrity create an atmosphere where trust and collaboration thrive. He shows us all that leadership isn’t always loud—it’s found in small, consistent acts of kindness and character.
AD exemplifies the heart of our Dignity Core Value Award through his unwavering kindness and selfless dedication. He treats all of his teammates with genuine respect, prioritizing their needs without ever seeking acknowledgment or reward. His humility and integrity foster a culture where trust and collaboration flourish, uplifting those around him. By leading through quiet strength, AD shows that true pride emerges when we serve others with compassion. He is a remarkable inspiration, reminding us all that dignity lies in lifting others up.
