Coach Jaime stepped in to take over the team late in the season and quickly proved to be more than just a replacement—he became an upgrade. With his leadership, the team’s training reached new heights, and his structured approach has inspired focus and determination among the players. Coach Jaime’s ability to elevate the team has been met with gratitude from both players and parents.
Coach Jaime came to us late in the season and jumped right in. The girls are now more focused and determined. He has brought a lot of structure to the team.

Coach James’ influence extends far beyond the soccer field, leaving a lasting impression on his players and their families. By emphasizing leadership, communication, and teamwork, he has helped his players grow as individuals, fostering skills that carry over to their home and school lives.
For Tomek, a player on the Boys EA 2012 team, Coach James’ mentorship has sparked a transformation into an empathetic, active leader.

Charlie Mace
Coach Charlie Mace stands out for his exceptional ability to inspire and develop young players. His tactical foresight, strong communication skills, and talent for identifying individual strengths make him an invaluable asset to his team.
Charlie does an amazing job building a strong vision for how the team should play and is really great at recognizing and leaning into his players’ strengths. I truly admire how honest and open Coach is with all the kids and parents. His open communication and transparency is to be admired. I wish more people, especially youth coaches, were more like him.

Coach Liam Delury’s impact has been immediate and remarkable. From his first day, he connected seamlessly with the team, providing thoughtful advice and guidance to help players improve. His approachable demeanor and insightful coaching style have already earned the trust of both players and parents.

He offered my daughter some advice regarding body positioning and feinting in a defensive stance, and my daughter implemented it immediately.
