Coach Nathan Bibby has earned September’s Boys’ Coach of the Month honor for his remarkable ability to make every player feel valued. Known for his patience and clear communication, Nathan breaks down the game in a way that resonates with his players, fostering both understanding and confidence. Parents consistently notice the positive attitude their children bring to training sessions, a testament to the environment Nathan creates.
He praises players for small things and encourages them even when they make mistakes. When players are attacking or defending, he explains their positions well and leads the game smoothly.

Coach Erik Ocampo, though new to his team, has already made a significant impression, earning him September’s Girls’ Coach of the Month. Erik’s positive influence has been evident from the start, making him an invaluable addition to the SoCal Reds coaching staff.
My daughter has grown tremendously as a player in the short time she has been coached by Erik. He was a great replacement for her team.
