Players of the Month of September!

-

Cheers to these young players who have shown amazing character and attitude on and off the pitch!

Player of the Month for Girls: Sadie A.

Sadie is a picture of grit and determination, not letting an injury stop her from learning. She took this challenge like a champ and supported her team all the way!

Sadie has a broken bone in her foot, but that hasn’t stopped her from attending EVERY practice to watch and learn from the group and attending EVERY game to lead the pre-game chant and offer instructions to girls on the field. All despite her injury and negative feelings of being unable to play and feeling left out! Amazing commitment to the group and the club. An excellent example of everything we look for in a player and person at LFCIA.

Player of the Month for Boys: Oliver J.

Character always makes one stand out. Oliver is Player of the Month for the Boys for his great attitude on and off the pitch!

Oliver is a joy to coach. His hard work and dedication to being the best he can be doesn’t go unnoticed! His attitude and work ethic is fantastic. He is never scared to take risks on the ball in games or at practice, and it regularly pays off with goals and assists to help the team be successful.

Academy Player of the Month: Dalton L.

Hard work and commitment made Dalton of B08 Rider rise as September’s Academy Player! He is a fantastic goalkeeper and an incredible asset to his team. Congratulations!

Dalton has been a fantastic example of what hard work and commitment can do for a player. He’s constantly looking for feedback while also being a player who is working on his craft seven days a week. His commitment to goalkeeping is why he jumped from NPL to the EAL team this past year and elevated the team to a new level.
